Cooking Log does not collect, store, or sell your personal data on our servers. We do not run analytics or advertising SDKs.
Your cooking records
Dishes, ingredient amounts, photos, ratings, and notes are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, SwiftData syncs them through CloudKit to your private iCloud database. That database belongs to your Apple ID. We cannot read it.
If iCloud is off
Records stay on that device. Signing into iCloud later lets the on-device CloudKit store sync. The app does not upload records to any server we operate.
Export and import
Export writes a file you choose (Markdown, JSON, or CSV). Import reads a JSON file you choose. Those files stay where you save them.
Purchases
Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number. Apple tells the app whether this Apple ID has unlocked Premium.
